				<description><![CDATA[ Don't know about colours, really your call. But I can help you with painting the cloaks themselves. Start of with your darkest blue, even black. Paint a heavy layer on top. Basically just keep doing this until you get to the very edges of the cloak, which would be a bleached bone or skull white. This would be a tiny thin white line along the edge. 				<description><![CDATA[ I'd say Kantor blue with a wash of Drakenhoff Nightshade, then glaze it with Gilliman blue, it gives a nice dark blue with natural looking shadows, and the glaze ties it all together.]]></description>
