You can find it most model train stores or can goto their website http://www.plastruct.com/ and order from them directly. Just be aware they are a US company so shipping might hurt some..

Evergreen is the other big name in styrene for modeling. Both companies offer useful architectural forms (girders, stamped sheets, etc.), along with the usual strip, sheet, rod, and tube. Since scaffolding is a relatively simple construction using those basic elements, I've yet to see a specific kit offered.

There are other options, of course, depending on how elaborate and/or high-tech you want to make it. For rudimentary scaffolding like you might see house painters using, you could bang something out using nothing but coffee stirrers and superglue - the skinny plastic straw type for the frame, with a few of the wooden stick variety laid across for the platform. Something more permanent - what I might call a catwalk instead of scaffolding - would involve a lot more than that (sheet styrene detailing over foamcore supports, textured floor grating, styrene rod handrails, etc.). A bit more detail about your theme, if not an actual design you have in mind, would help you net more specific suggestions.
