Pinning?

I am not familiar with the Asorath and have never used Finecase, but in general the insertion of a steel rod will add a lot of structural strength to a lot of models.

A short bit of stiff wire
A drill bit the same diameter
Pinvice/dremal/other way of spinning said bit
glue

The short version is to drill a small hole in each side of the join that needs to be pinned. Aligned so that when everything is put together, the wire will be flush in both holes and everything is lined up. Then you glue it all together.

I'm sure there are more helpful tutorials out there, but that's the quick and dirty info.

Paper clips are a good source for the steel wire. It is mild steel and cuts easily with a pair of pliers.

GW sell a set of 1mm pin vice drill bits and their vice is pretty good too.

You can get cheaper elsewhere but GW is convenient and good quality for those items.

Echoing the above, but I use dressmaker's pins for pinning. They're cheap, and you don't have to unbend them like you do with paperclips.
