I've been playing with a friend on lower points games and beat him a lot.(mostly dew to my habit of sitting back and blowing his things up before they get to me). I love heavy support , and he likes fast attack.
But its nothing to be too proud of cause we are both fairly new. I've never really fought anything too heavy and I would like to know if this list can can stand and trade.

here we go.

Chaos Lord
- with mok - power maul and combi-bolter and terminator armour .=130pts

Chaos Lord-with chainfist and combi-plasma in terminator armour =127pts
Eliets
Terminators 4
- champ with chainfist and combi-bolter 3 with combi-bolters and powerfists. =162pts

Helbrute
-powerfist with combi-bolter and multi-melta. =105pts
Troops
Khorn Bezerkers 6
-champ with chain axe and bolt pistol 5 units with 5x bolt pistols 4x chain axes(all i have) and 1 ccw.=139pts

Khorn Bezerkers 6
-champ with chain axe and bolt pistol 5 units with 5x bolt pistols and 5x ccw = 127pts

Csm 6
Champ with combi-melta. one guy with a plasma gun and a rhino with combi-bolter and hovoc launcher. =160pts
Fast attack

Csm 6
Champ with combi-melta. one guy with a plasma gun and a rhino with combi-bolter and hovoc launcher. =160pts

Csm 10
Champ with combi-plasma and 2 plasma guns= 180pts

Fast attack
Heldrake 1 =170pts
-Bale flamer

Heavy support
Havocs 5
naked champ 4 autocannons =115pts

Obliterators 3 =210pts

Predator
autocannon and 2 heavy bolters =95pts

Vidicator = 120pts
Total points used 2000
Tactics
Khorn lord with berzerks for assault and objectives the helbrute.
2 rhino squads for fire support/objectives
10man csm for shooting with other lord( the lord can assault as well).
Havocs sit tight and shoot ,oblits will shoot depending on range and targets (plasma cannons, assault cannons, lascanons)
Vindicator for horde control and pred for assault support.
Termis for deep strike.
I'm new to using a heldrake, but from what I've read its kills air and roasts stuff.

I'll drop the melta for another autocannon.
the pred i will take the advice and use autocannon for the main gun and lascannons on sides thanks!

Consider that only two models can fire out the Rhino hatch so why take four plasma guns on the Chosen? I know they can take four specials, but any unit which steps outside the vehicle isn't going to last long especially small units. Keep them inside and save the points by taking what you need not what you can.

CSM unit with the plasma guns; take bolters, because if your ride gets blown open (which it will) you still have bolters for infantry support - bolt pistols are close combat so take flamers in that case. Ditch the fist and plasma pistol from the Champion as unlikely to use them; those items only add 40 points.

Second CSM unit ditch the Champ's wargear. Same with the third unit too.

Why do Havocs have MoS when shooting? Same applies to power weapon. Drop half the Havocs and just take a min unit, no point bloating the squad taking more bodies and making the unit cost more. Also ditch their Rhino, it is not needed.

It's said that while they do have undivided worship just so to please the Chaos Gods and the Warp, they will occasionally worship a specific one if it suits their needs.

Since it is an IW-themed list, meltas in the CSM would fit better (IW are the master of siege).

Gift of mutation on a lord can be workable, but it is still a gamble on whether the points payed will pay off.

I agree with mercer, drop your Asp Champs wargear, that is just extra points thrown away.

If you are going to put a mark on the Havocs, the only logical one would be MoN.

For extra 5 pts, you could drop the MoS on the termies in exchange for MoT, which will improve survivability against anti- 2+ armour.

You are despirately close to the double FOC, just one more troop choice and you can unleash the extra 3 HW slots. That kind suggets ditching the fat MERCER referred to possibly the helbrute, possibly the oblits (although I like them to move and support advances). Then get a cheap CSM unit with plasmagun and loads more units of havocs / predators / vindicators.

You are very vulnerable to flyers at the moment. Additional havocs would mitigate this somewhat but I fear you may need to go down the "fight flyer with flyer" road. While no one is making you reach 2000, yes you can be below 2000... but I'm pretty sure everyone on dakka will tell you, if you're given 2000 points, try to use 2000 points.

Now if you mean you are at 1997 or 1999, then yes, it is perfectly okay.
