1) What size magnets would you recommend for the arms of Cygnar warjacks? Specifically the Centurion/Avenger/Hammersmith model if that makes a difference? I'm going to pick it up next week and I want to be able to swap between the different jacks when I need to.

At that size you've gone beyond pin vises (as far as I've seen at least), so far i've been getting away with a drill bit and hand-turning the bit itself, but I've only had to do plastic. If you have a power drill you may try that.
