Or even in a squad of terminators having them WS5 is a blessing, hitting on 3s not 4s most of the time. Then you've got the problem of not being able to deepstrike!

Hes a nice character for the points but his uses are limited in this dex.

Everyone's at WS6 now which means that you can feed your srgt into a challenge and most enemy ICs need 4s to hit. I roll twice on divination and try to get the "enemy rerolls all saves" malediction and prescience. Hes 145 points for ML3 psyker with artificer and BoSalvation.
