				<description><![CDATA[ <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span><br /> Overlord,semp,scythe,orb,<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span>-160<br /> Lord,<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span>,scythe-60<br /> Veiltek-60<br /> Stormtek-25<br /> Stormtek-25<br /> Lancetek-35<br /> 365<br /> TROOPS<br /> 15x warriors-195<br /> 10x warriors-130<br /> 10x warriors-130 <br /> 10x warriors-130 <br /> 10x warriors-130 <br /> 715<br /> FAST<br /> 5x Scarabs-75 <br /> 5x Scarabs-75 <br /> 5x Scarabs-75 <br /> 225<br /> HEAVY<br /> 2x Spyders,prism-115<br /> 2x Spyders,prism-115<br /> 2x Spyders,prism-115<br /> 445<br /> FORT<br /> Aegis Defense Line,quad gun-100<br /> 1850<br /> This is a tricky list.<br /> I deploy the aegis as far  up as possible, running it length wise and with no spaces.<br /> Then i run my scarabs up to the the aegis and get them to man the quad gun.(not sure how its possible)<br /> they are almost totally block from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> and anything that sees them, they gain a 4+ cover save behind aegis.They are then pumped up and protected from psykers with prism bubbles.<br /> They can even use their entropic strike with the quad gun. <img src="/s/i/a/c944477abc92c1c101da485e07ff06d8.gif" border="0"><br /> These couple of blobs protect mid field and make a giant speed bump to protect my many warriors.<br /> If anything gets through i have spyders and a blob of 15 with overlord as back up, with a spare lord for challenge denial.<br /> Then there is a very cheap unit, a 3 man court of a veiltek and 2 stormteks that can teleport behind pesky NLOS vehicles and heavies without much risk of scatter with only 3 guys.<br /> This unit is a pain in the ass,as it wrecks vehicles and the ever-living rule makes it so that its very hard to keep dead.<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ This isn't an unbeatable list.but it has strengtha that are very desirable and useful.like quantity.there are a lot of models on the table And the numbers grow each turn.the scarabs are a throw away distraction unit, and if my opponent shoots at them great. if not then that is good too.I have a quad gun and 55 warriors to deal with 1-3 flyers that are usually played.if they are all air force I can rush their pitiful ground forces.<br /> Weapons ignoring cover are a problem but that is where <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> comes in.the aegis blocks view to me.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Yeah you can deal with 1 flyer perhaps 2 if they come on in different turns. But 3 Helldrakes ruins your day and the 6 flyers most Necrons take at this point level cause you real problems too as you're too slow to dominate your opponents deployment zone.<br /> <br /> I don't like your troops selection nor if your court helping as much as it could.<br /> <br /> The problem you have with scarabs is that it means you're not taking annihilation barges which are broken in 6th and nothing really dovetails well with scarabs in the  rest of the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(187);'>FoC</span>. Only really the sub par Preatorians fit. Possibly arkwarriors?]]></description>

So, they get Entropic Strike when shooting or in melee.]]></description>

The Entropic Strike rule makes no distinction between melee or not, it just specifies a weapon or model with this rule...<br /> <br /> I imagine this was certainly not intended when Scarabs were put together and they really shouldn't have BS2 but unless there's some reason a swarm can't man a gun or if the scarabs cannot draw <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> from behind an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(637);'>ADL</span> I think this is ok. (Haven't used the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(637);'>ADL</span>/Quadgun so I don't know if <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> is drawn from the gun or the model manning it)<br /> <br /> I now have this image of scarabs catapulting themselves at flyers and chomping through armor.]]></description>

If they have 3 that's 600 points, 1/3 of their army that has to wait till at least turn 2 to come on the board.
