Your herald and horrors test on leadership 10 as well because of tzeentch. One thing to note is that camo cloaks work on a per model basis now, so the LC would not improve the unit's cover save. They changed it in one of the IG faqs:

Page 71 – Other Equipment, Camo Cloaks
Replace the second sentence with “A model wearing a camo
cloak adds +1 to its coversave”.

I did notice that whenever you posted text along the bottom of the screen it was clipped however - I don't know how to change it but it might be worth checking out.
