1) Duke Sliscus grants a bonus to combat drugs, and Wyches use combat drugs...so why not make a female character to fit in?
2) I've seen a lot of Dark Elf/Dark Eldar combinations to create the Duke and I wanted something different.

I started with the Dark Elf Sorceress model from GS, and simply gave her a sword and a blast pistol:

Because of the lighting in the picture, she looks kind of washed out. I can try to take a better picture when I get home if you'd like.
