Those troop choices are awful. 12 hormogaunts, 4 warriors, 10 termagants - real easy to wipe out a unit or two a turn. Bigger units needed and why no tervigons?

Elites? At 3k I'd want some zoanthropes in case of heavy armour. Deathleaper can also work at this level.

only 1 squad of Ymgarl instead of 2 - 230 points
Add 3 Zoanthropes in a Mycetic spore + 220 points
Get rid of the 4 warriors with rending claws - 140 points
Get rid of 1 termagant - 5 points... BIG difference!
Get rid of the other warrior squads - 295 points
Add Deathleaper + 140 points
Take away all but 20 gaunts - 256 points
Add 1 Tervigon with toxin sacs and catalyst + 185
Add 1 Tervigon same as above + 185

Now I have 200 points left, what should i bring? mawloc, gargoyles or somethings else?
I also have raveners, the red terror, broodlords and genestealers and rippers but i dont think they are worth their points i could even bring the warriors for the synapse, what do you think now?
