The larger cousin of this is almost nothing but Trygon, with clever use of pinning and sculpting to un-coil the tail quite a bit (the more the better, if nothing else much larger coils). The best one's I've seen of this variant have the tail spiralling below and behind them, rather than being just directly behind them (and this means you're going to have the body at between 45 and 90 degrees to the tabletop, rather than parallel to it).

For the head, you could use the Carnifex head, but be careful of it looking too puny. The head is from a 3rd-ed Zoanthrope, and it capped off with some spare HVC's. It worked out way cheaper than buying Trygon and HT kits to mix up.
