This is some hobby laquer that is "Metallic Yellow".

...and I looked up some pigment that you could add to clear acrylic medium - (Golden Acrylics and Liquitex sells this) and found this on Amazon

Its Metallic Yellow pigment powder.

Having some experience with this product, I can safely say this: Liquitex's iridescent medium is nice, but I recommend using smaller quantitiesand working in thinned layers, since it will still serve to dilute your pigmentation. It works nicely with reds and blues, but you will almost need to undercoat your yellow with something close to your desired end shade and hue before going near the stuff.
