Here is how I did it this time:

Grey Primer
Rakarth Flesh
Wash with GW's new fleshshade (name escapes me) diluted 1:1 with water
Overbrush Rakarth Flesh
Drybrush 1:1 Rakarth Flesh and Palid Wytch Flesh
Drybrush Palid Wytch Flesh

Any other techniques etc would be very helpful.
