Note: This is set in the WH40k universe]

Okay, here's how this will work:

The idea is to create a fun, interesting, detailed and funny army history by asking many people to contribute to it.
The army in question is a Nurgle - based CSM warband, named: "Death Bringers".

The plan is to create the background in two ways:

1) General information. This will encompass the warband's heroes, main makeup, tactics and favoured allies. These must follow the 6th ed ruleset (e.g. they cannot ally with GK).

2) A timeline of events. Similar to in any codex, this will be a series of dates and events, starting with the warband's creation.

As people post, I'll try to edit the additions to my post, to keep track of everything.

I hope that this thread will bring out some hilarity, and create a fun army background/fiction.
