His photobucket looks like a collection of different pics from different people; maybe copy-and-pasted from some other trader who thought he was trading with a reputable individual.

I think he believes nothing will happen to him because it's a bunch of different people in different places and these are model bits we're trading. It's called violation of interstate commerce laws and yes, it is a felony. Grand Theft is also a felony and if I don't get a response with tracking number in the next few days I 'm moving forward with more formal action.

We also have a civil claim against him for all the items he wrongly acquired.

He has 48 hours to PM me.

I'm going to pursue this guy to the full extent of the law, I have contacts over in the USA and I'd urge anyone else having problems to contact me immediately.

He has done me out of about £350 ($600) worth of stuff. This is a felony offence and it is serious and I at the very least have a mailing address, any IP and email information Dakka can give me and we'll begin to pursue him down any path possible.

The more complainants the better so please get in touch via PM or lay it all out on this thread in the public to be better.

I am deeply embarrassed at getting conned but hey gak happens so let it out in the open.
