These are basically blocked out, some of the paint is a bit thick etc.

How much of a % do you discount off retail to actually unload these?

This is pretty good.

Also, cut 50% for every time it changes hands.

If I am selling it on Ebay directly to someone, I can sell it for whatever I can get for it.

If I am selling it to someone who will then sell it on ebay or another person, they need to make a profit, so expect a 50% cut in price. The more times it has to change hands to get to the desired owner, the less it is worth. So it depends if you are willing to do the effort to sell your own stuff or not.
