Pariah - Dan Abnett - A Question (SPOILERS)

Something that may have been mentioned before, but it intrigues me none the less.

Towards the end of the book, Bequin asks Deathrow who he is, and he replies: 'I am Alpharius'
Do you think that one of the twin primarchs is working for Eisenhorn? It would certainly make sense seeing as Deathrow is certainly a powerful warrior, far in excess of a normal man, or is this just someone else, perhaps an Alpha legionary who shares a name with his primarch, (Which I know happened in other legions), although it does seem strange as Abnett hasn't used characters from outside his own writing before (Although some of his characters have turned up elsewhere.
