Resin, releasing agents & paint,HELP!

Ok so i recently bought a warhound titan from froge world, ive washed reshaped and assembled the model but im haveing problems getting paint to stick on one of the weapon arms. everything was washed and cleaned in the same way at the same time but for some reason the paint keeps flaking off the laser destroyer. I've never had this problem on any of my forgeworld models(other than the first which i forgot to wash)

I have tried rewashing re spraying, and painting on an undercoat but nothing seems to work.

does any one have any hints tips or widom to share on what i can do?

Fairy power spray will do the trick but it will affect areas you may have already painted.
An alternative is to use a brass wire brush (sounds harsh but the resin can take it) - only problem with this is getting to the tight spaces.

Try sandpapering it with the very finest wet and dry paper, to create micro scratches, then prime and paint again. The primer will stick better on to a slightly rough surface.

I agree with Kilcrazy. Use really fine sandpaper though.

Lucky it's a Titan. Forgeworld had a problem with it's resin once and you just can't sand DKOK minis like that. They were really good about replacing them though.
