Since you used a very dark green (probably through citadel paints) you need to hard highlight it with a Scorpion green (almost neon green). This will bring more pop to the edges of your model and really make it stand out. Also try to edge the red with some orange, this will give it an element of "sun" hitting the paint and reflecting off the armor. other than that try to use less wash. There is heavy wash in some areas of the model.

The only greens I have are Caliban Green, Warpstone Glow and Moot Green. Moot Green is, I think, way too bright for Dark Angels.
