Basically Night Scythe's filled with mini balls of synergy. The two deathmark groups have 3 flamer templates each of 2+ wounding, 2 of them at ap 1. Anyway, like the list, but would be tempted to split the dual stormteks and put one with each warrior squad.

I find that one stormtek is normally plenty.

Dual Despairteks......Nasty. Personally, I'd be inclined to keep the warscythes for the overlords just for the CC option as there aren't a lot of bodies in that unit. Shame to get SA.
