A cool little magnetic stress reliever called the Thinket

This one looks interesting to me. I've used little squeezy stress balls before, as well as mindlessly clicking my ballpoint pen, when working at me desk. Plus, it's shiny.

A blue laser lamp called the Firefly

I like the possibilities of using this as a low level light source that doesn't disrupt me when watching TV or playing computer games, but still allows me to see the room if I need to get up to do something.

Interestingly, I've ready studies about monitors and insomnia that suggest that blue wavelengths of light actually inhibits melatonin production.
