Working on building and painting a Deathwing army and was looking for some feedback. It's for a group of casual gamers and is by no means needing to win tournies. There's little to no aircraft in the group for some reason which is why there's no anti-air in the list. It was built more for fluff and wanna have a fun in your face army to play. Any and all thoughts and feedback welcome.

Belial: 190 Points
Deathwing Command Squad: 315 Points
- Deathwing Company Banner
- Deathwing Champion
- Apothecary
- Plasma Cannon
Deathwing Terminators: 377 Points
- 3x Thunder Hammer Storm Shield Terminators
- Plasma Cannon
- 3x Chainfists
Deathwing Terminators: 255 Points
- Cyclone Missile Launcher
- 2x Chainfists
Deathwing Knight Terminators: 235 Points
Hand to Hand Contemptor Dreadnought (Forgeworld): 185 Points

1747 Points Total

The armies in the group are:
Orks - spams bikers, koptas, cans, and nobs
Blood Angels - spams anything armor and death company, uses storm talons and storm raven
Necrons - new player that changes his list constantly, one flyer and lots of troops, c'tan is his staple
Chaos - changes lists and doesn't know how to play it, berserkers and abbadon are his staple, has helldrake
Tyranids - uses swarms, but may have quit due to a loss I handed him with my Raven Guard
Necrons - warrior spam
Eldar - mixture of all units, eldrad, avatar, pathfinders, fire prisms, guardians

If one of em field some aircraft I could sub out the 3 TH/SS Termies with an ADL with quadgun. FAQ an all DW assault on turn one is now illegal for sure, you'll have to have boots on the board. You have a total of 7 units (characters count separately, even attached to a squad) so that means 3 units on the board...

I would drop the Knights since they don't score, get a small unit of devastators all MLs and the ADL/quad-gun and I would swap both Contemptors for the Mortis-Pattern instead for fire support and extra AA.

Just my 2 cents.

Yep yep. Had 25 points left over and figured why not. It's either that or an ADL for added cover.

I may not use the devs as I'm trying to stay all DW for fluff and full on termie spam. The mortis contemptors are awesome. I have one for my Raven Guard and he's a beast for anti-air. I may consider that option for sure with both sporting TL/ACs and MLs if points allow. After all the aircraft is down they'd be good for light vehicles as well. In another thread I read according to the codex and the FAQ, you can't swap out the sarg's sword and SB for the TH/SS. It's probably unanimous in thinking that GW screwed that up. My games are all friendly and probably could if I wanted and could show where the points were spent on the upgrades.
