I know the highborn isn't a great lord but i figured that with that many effective shots and the eternal guard becoming core. He will go with a squad but im not sure which one.

Combine 2 of those units of Glade Guard and give them the Flaming banner to kill regen stuff.

Give Musicians to all your Glade Guards. The ability to swift reform and fire without penalty is invaluable.

Drop the Highborn and go for a L4 Spellweaver with Beasts or Life, your choice.

If possible, try for more Treekin. 3 is good, 6 is better. If you're running a Treeman, then 2 units of 3 is even better. It adds a lot of distraction.

great eagle.

just a bit of concern with the rare and special units, particularly the treekin suggestion and the great eagle. aren't i only allowed up to 25% of my points in that so i dont think i can afford 6 treekin or two great eagles, so in the second list, besides the terrible point cost i took a treeman ancient for a distraction. anyway thanks so much for the advice. what are these list like??
