I'd recommend changing the redeemer for a crusader/or even a godhammer. The redeemer gets you into melta range, which will ruin your Land Raiders day. Crusader and godhammer give you range (with Crusader granting more anti-infantry anti-light armor, and godhammer giving you some higher armor damage).

I'd go with the standard LR, rather then the LRR. At this point level, people can have tanks (even big ones, as you should realize) So the godhammers will help reduce their armor to slag. At the very least, take the MM rather then the SB, so you have a chance against other armor.

5 snipers is good.

The other 5 scouts are going to be riding to victory in the heart of the land raider, a place normally reserved for the chapter veterans. Give them shotguns and BP/CCWs. Charge down the assault ramp into the glory of... the smoking rubble of where a squad of enemies used to be. Well, there might be survivors that need to be cleaned up, or put out, or something. You can't expect the MotF to do it all himself. He has to tend to the machine spirit of the land raider, and start the rights of re-painting and pick xenos bits out of the tracks. And you know he cares more about the tank then some wet behind the ears neonate. Probably make better servitors then troops, kids these days...

But I don't see this army working.

At 500 for CSM, I'd have an Obliterator Cult (LC, MM, TL-Melta) and one CSM squad with 2 melta + combi-melta. Both of which could pop your LR, even if I realize you'd kill one of them. Also, my scoring units have more bodies and are resilient than yours. I'd think if you unload I'd beat you in CC.

At 500 for my Orks, I couldn't touch the LR. But I'd focus on your sniper scouts, reducing you to one scoring 5-man unit. And when you unload, I can't see 5 scouts beating 25 boyz. So I don't think you'd win that one either.
