I just joined the forum to get some feedback from more experienced players. I have built up a 2-3k pts Blood Angels army and am looking to start on my Guard collection. I will probably make another thread somewhere else, but what brings me here is that I have only played about a dozen games a decade or so ago. So, I am new to 6th edition as I'm sure many are to one degree or another.

I have about 30 IG Valhallan models, and I want to get some advice on HOW to build up a force based off of A.) what I already have and B.) How I can ally the forces with my BA force under the new rules.
