Horus Heresy list question -- Justaerin terminators vs Cataphractii

Hey all -- having shelled out the $$$ for the Forgeworld Horus Heresy book, I'm kinda hoping to get some feedback on ideas before shelling out the additional $$ for models.

So, for the first question: Sons of Horus list Justaerin terminators vs. Cataphractii... both types have a 4++ invuln save, slow & purposeful (not relentless) and can be taken as command squad (if HQ in terminator armor), elite or troop (if HQ takes appropriate rite of war) and both also count as scoring units for objectives (all also have option for dreadclaw as transport).

Justaerin terminators get +1 WS, stubborn and furious charge and can be taken in units as small as 3, but are distinctly pricey...
Squad of 4 = 326 points
1 w/ Reaper autocannon (+10 if upgrade to multi-melta -5 if drop to heavy flamer)
3 w/ combi-bolters (thinking 2x flamer + 1x meltagun)
All with either single lightning claw or power fist (thinking 2 of each... same price, +10 for chainfist (though I think the CF is not needed given the furious charge & power fist)

Or Cataphractii command squad (free standard bearer, all count as characters for challenges/look out sir)
Squad of 4 = 236
1 w/ reaper autocannon or plasma blaster (-5 if heavy flamer)
3 w/ combi bolters (same as above)
All with lightning claw or power fist (+5 for one w/ chainfist, +10 for one w/ thunder hammer)

Or Cataphractii terminators (elite slot or troop only)
Squad of 5 (so no joining HQ/IC inside a dreadclaw) = 238
1 w/ w/ Reaper autocannon/plasma blaster (-5 if drop to heavy flamer)
4 w/ combi weapons (or volkite chargers)
All w/ LC or PF (+5 for chainfist or Thunder Hammer)

So, the main question for me is: Are the Justaerin termies worth it (+100 points (aprox) for the WS, stubborn and furious charge, compared to a unit of characters + standard (units w/in a certain distance are fearless) or an extra body). Any/all thoughts welcome.

Also, note to those who might be concerned about listing some point values above -- all point values listed are in reference to another upgrade, the point cost of which I have not listed, so I think should not violate the rules of the forum (as I tend to think it would be virtually impossible to reverse engineer the costs of the other upgrades).

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Another note: Terminators do not get DS automatically in Horus Heresy rules -- it can be taken as one of the Rites of War, but that would require all other units in the army to also have DS (either through a drop pod or DS capable transport), which is why I'm leaning toward the Cataphractii terminators rather than 'modern' ones (with a 5++ save)... my sense is that "slow an purposeful' is not a big handicap to get the better invuln save vs 'relentless' for the same points cost, but I could easily be wrong.
