Citadel Clean-up Kit, any good?

My dad picked me up some stuff from GW today, and came back with a Citadel Clean-up Kit. From the looks of it, it's a toothbrush and a misshapen knife. Apparently you can use it to get rid of moulding lines, but I have no idea how I would even use it for that.
Does anyone have any experience with these tools, and if so, what applications do they have?

I use the mould cleaner. You run the length of the metal bit against a mould line and it removes it quite cleanly.

I wouldn't buy it if I hadn't gotten it with my tool kit, but it does do what it says on the tin - it is a little better on resins that a knife.
