				<description><![CDATA[ Anyone ever think about paying a few extra points to make your random psychic rolls not random? 10pts per power: you pay the points and your psyker can pick one power from a table instead of rolling on it. This would make strategy more consistent, and allow for better list-building.]]></description>

The random tables exist because <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> can't balance anything properly, so they give you a 1/6 chance at an overpowered one "balanced" by a 5/6 chance of a weak one. 				<description><![CDATA[ I feel like there are a few good ones on both tables I'm familiar with (Divination and Biomancy). On Divination, I always hope for the 4++ or the malediction, and am also quite pleased with the Primaris. On Biomancy, Iron Arm and Warp Speed are both quite good (with Iron Arm being perhaps the best power in the game).<br /> <br /> Perhaps a few more points, then? say 20pts to pick your first power, and then subsequent powers are random?<br /> I suppose this is already partially accomplished by having a Primaris...but Divination's the only good primaris, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>IMO</span> (although Telepathy would be good on occasion).]]></description>
