I need ideas on how to use some WHF Warriors of chaos and CSM's together. Help please.

So, I'm a nurglebro and I haven't even bought a mini yet. I've been researching what army I want and chaos marines suit me, but damn they don't have too many nurgle models, and I'm short on cash. Plus, I don't have any experience with greenstuff, but I suppose I could try. So, here's my ideas:

Typhus as an HQ. I really love his model. It has a certain amount t of badassery that most of the plague marines don't have.

WHF warriors of chaos conversions or something similar, and turning them into "plague knights"

HELP I NEED PAINT (colors and ideas)
and is dark vengeance worth it... I may use its chaos lord and helbrute. Might refurbish the chaos marine parts. I know I can use the militia as nurglitia.

I CURRENTLY have $150 to spend, but I'll have more to spend later. I have no supplies at all.

Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome.
