A Comission Eldrad

A friend of mine's been swept up in New-codex euphoria, and so got me to paint him an Eldrad model.

I'm really happy with him. I think he's a step up from my older painting and the lines and details are a little more defined. Although, I do grant most of that to eldrad being a beautiful sculpt to work with. Quite possibly the most pleasurable model I've ever painted.

Very colorful Eldrad! Interesting take on it. I think a little gloss varnish applied to the gems might go a long way to making them shine, but that's just me. Good work on the runes, they are very distinct.
