Tactics simple, bomb everything and laugh at them. This list for instance, it doesn't sound very fun for the other guy, whether it works and blows up his army, or fails and leaves you with 32 techmarines as your core force.

Might as well just show up with a bunch of dice, and have him show up with nothing. Roll to see if you kill his army, and if not, concede the battle. As mentioned above this is a stupid list, Apocalypse is all about having fun and having a lot of destruction but 32 techmarines??? Really? Do you even have the models?

Nope. No competitive Apocalypse player ever bids more than zero minutes for deployment because they're flank marching their entire army (including titans, etc) in from your table edge.
