I'd either straighten out the knees (I think they look a little bit goofy at the moment), so you'd see it at it's true height, and show off the Eldar-elegance.
... or, bend the knees even further and go for more of a kendo-strike type pose. I wonder if the arms can come around in front of the body so that you could give it a two-handed grip? (not sure that they can...). i love the idea about the helmet an especially the sword!
