				<description><![CDATA[ So just random thoughts on the bus, maybe some sort of rule for boy mobz along the lines of "Oi! im da boss now!" when the nob dies you can take <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>d6</span> wounds and create a new nob with no upgrades (has the biggest boyz fight amongst themselves for control <img src="/s/i/a/39ea8e0dbfb45dcc6b802cd0e198dba3.gif" border="0">) and maybe the same thing for nobz (maybe only the troop choice one) when a warboss/warlord dies (only he has the same wargear the nob did)<br /> <br /> thoughts?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I agree with the other posters.<br /> <br /> There's also the issue if how the boy gets the Nob's statline. Nobs are bigger and more powerful than regular Boyz, which is why they lead, and so have the profile to reflect that.]]></description>
