Now that the Runes of Warding have been nerfed into the ground, the Eldar have gone from being the premier anti psyker race to complete chumps in the face of the Space Wolves and the Tyranids.

Therefore, I propose this nifty little wargear item to give the Eldar psykers some of their mojo back without being as overpowered as Runes of Warding used to be.

Without further ado:

Runes of Channelling - The psyker is able to draw from the collected wisdom of the Infinity Circuit of his Craftworld, drawing on the knowledge and power of his ancestors in order to resist the magics of the foe.

A Farseer or Spirit Seer with Runes of Channelling always counts as being one Mastery Level higher than the opposing psyker for Deny the Witch tests.

I was thinking probably around 20pts for this item. Does that seem fair?

After all, I believe that CSM, Daemons, DA and now Eldar all have access to ML3 psykers do they not? Plus Grey Knights of course.
