Hey Guys,
I think everyone would agree with me when I say it would be awesome if we could create our own weapons in warhammer 40k, as a chaos player I feel the potential for customised Daemon Weapons is a massive missed opportunity, as a result I have created a Custom Chaos Artifact Suppliment that allows players to create their own Daemon Weapons for their Chaos Warlords to really spice things up. To make things fair gameplay wise I have made it quite expensive points wise to make really OP weapons but at the same time made sure if someone really wants to create the mass murdering monster of a lord it is possible. i have linked to the image and also uploaded the PDF if anyone would like it for their own use. ENJOY!

If you feel like commenting i am looking for Feedback in the following areas:
1. Would you allow these rules in a friendly game?
2. What weapon would you use these rules to create for your warlord?
3. How could these rules be improved on without creating too much gameplay imbalance?
4. Do you agree with me that games workshop should release a supplement like this to allow players to get extra personal with their armies?
5. any other general feedback you have about these rules.....

OK so i just fired up the computer again and it all works fine on here, the picture is clear and the PDF download works fine but for some reason on a phone or tablet neither work? if anoyone is a tech genius who feels like solving this one for me they are welcome until then this post will only work on the computer

It works fine on mine. Frankly it seems like a mess and a lot of the options are pretty bad. And then some of them are a bit too good.

For example, the base weapon is 10 points. Trying to recreate some of the daemon weapons puts them at like 50 points. I like that it's more creative but a lot of percentage increases are incredibly haphazard and make no sense. For example, Rage should not be worth the same amount as Rending or Shred.

not to mention they are calculated at s10 ap2 and very high initiative!

even though this is a silly comparison lets compare what a space marine character gets..

power fist 25ish points he gets a couple attacks at Init1 and only str8 also to gain any extra attacks he needs a second fist at 25ish points for just 1 extra attack
