How to fix a powery look from the ghost tints.

Hey guys i am painting a helldrake and i used a green ghost tint, I layered white grey to black then spray with the ghost tint, on the black side it turned out quite powdery since the ghost tint picks up all those little dots and brightens them.

It there any way i can correct the powered effect without respraying? Maybe a black wash or green wash? or just hand paint those dots out?

Thank
