				<description><![CDATA[ Tesla weapons everywhere, and I do mean everywhere.  They are perhaps the greatest source of grief for Tyranids.  Deathmarks with a Harbinger of despair are also mean to us since we have such poor leadership for nonsynapse units and the deathmarks can pile on wounds on things that matter.   <br /> <br /> We're also really, really bad at handling massed fliers, and all your fliers bring, that's right TESLA WEAPONS!   For fast attack either use wraiths or tomb blades, while heavy support should definitely either be annihilation barges or doom scythes depending on how many points you have to spend.  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Well, I made good experience with my Necrons vs Nids. They always got murdered.<br /> My typical Necron army contains 2 full units of Wraiths, one Destroyer Lord, 3 Annihilation Barges, and several troop units in Night Scythes.<br /> The tactics is to keep them first at range between 18 to 24 inches. Then the tesla weapons expand to full effect while Nids often only shine at 18 inches or below. Then I go for the kill blow with the Wraiths taking on everything.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I play both armies and I would run the first list, if I were running it vs my Nids. First time I played my own crons vs my nids( sons first game, he had my crons) he tabled me by t3... was a sad moment. ( It was a small game and I kind of stacked it for him but still, didn't think it would happen)<br /> <br /> Also, some people have better luck than I do, but VoD and and D&D just never works well for me. It scatters to far and I end up either way off course or only nabbing a few models because of the distance. If I were to run that, I would use a scythe to drop them off right next to what ever needed to die. <br /> <br /> It is common for you to see two flyrants at these points levels, just use fire from multiple units to ground them then assault them with wraiths. A <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(585);'>dlord</span> and wraiths on the assault should shred a flyrant ( unless its <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(60);'>IA</span> and s/t9) Even if you can't kill it on the charge it won't last more than a few rounds ( or shouldn't) ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ As a nid player, i will break down what works and doesnt. Nids are a pretty hard counter to crons, but they arent unbeatable:<br /> <br /> To start, nids have very poor shooting. Hive guard and zoans are the only thing that nids have, and neither are used often anymore. Zoans often swap their powers too, so they probably wont have warp lance. Lack of a lot of S7-8 shooting means quantum shielding doesnt matter if it goes down. Kiting is the name of the game. Tervigons have a deceptively long range, and FHT are pretty fast, but beyond that the whole nid army is slow. <br /> <br /> Nids do not have grenades. The whole army strikes at I1 when going through cover. USE THIS. Tremor staff crypteks or even running the diviner can really slow the army since <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MCs</span> lost move through cover this edition. <br /> <br /> Nids want to be in melee to win. To stop this, throw lords with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span> in each squad. Nids dont have characters beyond <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MCs</span> so challenges should always be grabbing a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span> if its part of combat. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span> should be there to speed bump the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MCs</span> more than kill them. If you can put 3 wounds on a tyrant in one round of combat, you will often kill him soon after. <br /> <br /> <br /> Good units vs nids:<br /> Lychguard in cover make a pretty tough wall for nids. They will be coming to you. Lychguard rip tervigons/fexes apart with either weapon loadout. I would recommend warscythes simply because of Iron Arm however.<br /> <br /> A barges, as always, are cost effective and really work to slow nids down.<br /> <br /> Immortals do a good job of gunning down gaunt units, hive guard, warriors, zoans, and most of the low-mid quality units in the nid codex. <br /> <br /> Tomb Stalkers(forgeworld) are tough for nids to deal with. Poison only wounds on 6+, and he strikes before tervigons meaning he kills both gaunt swarms and tervigons quite well. <br /> <br /> Scarabs can deal with both gaunts and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MCs</span>. They kill neither incredibly well, but stripping the save off a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span> or breaking your squads out of melee is very useful. Also can tie up things like dakka carnifexes or such can win games. Even better if you are running the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(753);'>IA12</span> scarabs that have shred and rending. <br /> <br /> Spyders work wonders vs nids. Not only are they cheaper than any nid <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span>, even with 3, but they also have more wounds, A, and can smash at only -1A to remove the threat of Iron arm.<br /> <br /> <br /> Hardest list i could think to face:<br /> 1999+1<br /> <br /> Trazyn 175<br /> <br /> 2x transmog crypteks 50<br /> <br /> Lychguard w warscythes+ Lord with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span> and warscythe 260<br /> <br /> 10x Immortals +lord with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span> 215<br /> 10x Immortals +lord with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span> 215<br /> 10x Immortals with tesla +lord with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(626);'>MSS</span> 215<br /> 10x Immortals with tesla 170<br /> <br /> 3x scarabs 45<br /> 3x scarabs 45<br /> 5 wraiths 3x coils 205pts <br /> <br /> 2x Spyders<br /> 2x Spyders<br /> A barge<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(637);'>ADL</span>+Quad 100<br /> <br /> ]]></description>
