Fluff:A manifestation of the Greyknights will to slay all demons, brought forth by the same technology that powers the Astronomicon.
Building: Using some sort of fiery model as a basis (e.g. http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Images/Product/AlternativeFW/xlarge/Fireelemcomp.jpg) and slapping enough armor onto it that it doesn't look organic anymore. Might be hard to make it look like a real Greyknight modell.
Difficulty: Medium to high
