Now the problem is is that I am trying to make a mainly urban/cities of death themed army and can't find a way to do that without flamers, (please someone pipe in and say "well just some snipers and melta's would do fine and make it urban enough). The other part of that problem is that the Armageddon steel legion figures don't have one for the Flamer or the Melta, so whichever I'm trying to do I can't do it without converting. I'll try to post a picture, when I get a chance. It can be done with any lasgun model.

On the lasgun model I cut off the power cell clip and the barrel of the gun off at the stock, and used a file to smooth it down.

On the Cadian flamer bit I did the same thing cutting the nozzle connector and tubing off along with the flamer part from the stock up.

I put the nozzle bit in place of the power cell and pinned the flamer part from the stock up. I than just glued the flamer backpack on and used some stereo wiring to link the backpack to the nozzle.

Most of the credit goes to a buddy who's a guard nut, and me picking his brain and bits supply.
