Some maths figuring out the costs between Belial and a company master
Spoiler:

-Company master- 90 points; Same stats as Belial
-Give him terminator armor for 40 points, now they has the same armor and invul save.
-For precision shots on a 5+ its 3 points in for Tau and 10 for eldar so lets average it around 5 points
-Teleport homers are 10 points
Now things are a bit more difficult to pin down points wise;
-the sword of silence is a master crafted power sword with flesh bane so maybe 10 to 15 points over a power sword we’ll say 10
-Guaranteed warlord trait is nice but not so good maybe 5 points
-No scatter deep strike is maybe another 10 points
-Thats a total of 160 points leaving a difference of 30 maybe well make it 40 being generous

I’d argue deathwing assault,vengeful strike, and allowing deathwing as troops is somewhere near 30 or 40 points
