The model is the old 'Screaming' Carnifex that a friend of mine bought new from GW back in the day. He gave it to me and told me he would like to see me do something interesting with it.

So, this is my first progress picture. I've primed the model so I can get a better picture of what is working and what isn't.

Looks good so far, loving the giant teeth.
