The Mega Blast Template is a pain in the ass. It snaps together but does not stay together well, and is the size of a pizza.

I probably won't on mine, if you glue it then you can never just take one quarter to fit in tight spots. Not that it's a huge issue but I was thinking about the same thing.

I almost think you have to. They just don't hold together out of the box.
