A Mega Dread is none of these. Also, look at my post. I believe that IA:8 came out before they started doing the "Approved for 40k stamp". Just because its from an older book doesn't mean it should have a blanket ban.

Also, when dealing with TOs, it's important how you frame your question. All our 40K models are approved for normal 40K games. We only started stamping the models in books recently to try and enforce that they are approved. The Mega Dread is stamped in our latest IA Apocalypse book which is out very soon.
