I think the banner/champion on the dark riders is a waste of points. You could get 5 harpies for that cost.

Reaper isn't considered a good use of points either, and you need 100 points for the cauldron.

Flaming banner on the Executioners could be useful.

Standard of Discipline on the spear elves would make your general ld 10.

Assassins are a bit squishy for my tastes.
