a) CC. I2 is not your friend because you don't have the volume of attacks (or bodies) of your nids units do. However, LD 10 can help a little.

b) The bulk of the army is 4+ save, which you should be well accustomed to dealing with. Cover is still your friend.

c) I don't play monoliths, but I don't think that you can pull 21 models through the portal legally because they can't be placed correctly.

In respect of the list, did you get any other models? A ghost ark would be extremely useful here.

You don't need 5 Lances. If you are worried about armour (and with this many warriors you shouldn't be), take Stormteks instead.
