FW puts out, but it's good quality from what I've seen with my copy, has a lot of interesting stuff in terms of background and paint schemes, and there are some neat things in there in terms of rules (slightly different FOC (recommended for games over a certain points level), and a recommendation to use the standard 40k FOC at games below that level) . I get tempted to start a legion army just about every time I look at it.

Plus it's go the rules for 4 of the Primarchs as well. By the end of the series we should have all the Primarchs, perhaps the Emperor, and the Daemon Primarch rules available.
