The markerlights feel awkward to me, I get the cascading thing, but a some point there will be situations where you end up firing marker lights at a unit with no intent of actually using them and I feels wasteful. Also, the TL weapons on the commander are awkward, he is only missing on a 1 already, so your return on points invested is not very high with twin-linking his guns.

I think I would also rather go with matched weapons since you are spamming so many suits anyway. So, instead of Plasma + TL Fusion on 2 different units, go with Plasma + TL Plasma on one then Fusion + TL Fusion on the other. I feel like this type of setup would reward proper usage of the units by the player more than the current setup. Be careful with the missile drones on the riptides, one dies and the unit will have to make a leadership test. Nothing worse than losing a single drone first turn and having your riptide run off the table.

Farsight Enclave is difficult for me because I LOVE my o'mortal and he just doesn't work without the iridium suit. But I would start with something like:

Missile Pod commander goes with markerlight drone missile crisis team and tries to stay central to spread the effects of the talisman, plasma with the plasma markerlight team. Fusions outflank to get range and side armor. Riptides cause havoc.
