				<description><![CDATA[ Hmm.<br /> <br /> Orbital strike is too unreliable, and the brother captain is never a good choice.  If you're going to pay that much, take a grand master for "grand strategy"<br /> <br /> I find the Vindicare is also too unreliable<br /> <br /> Dreadknight never needs the hammer, and should 99% of the time never even consider the Gatling psilencer.  Incinerator with or without the Teleporter is best.<br /> <br /> The strike squads will not flank effectively on foot, and you should always take psycannons.  If its a squad of 10 with two psycannons, take Psybolt ammo too.]]></description>
