Sheepdog's Blog [Nurgle, DA, IG, Sisters]

Hello everyone!

This blog will be a pic heavy, progress blog of an amateur modeller. My builds are not Golden Demon worthy, but I have fun doing them, and am always trying to get better. Right now I will mostly be posting Imperial Guard, SoB, and Nurgle builds, but may be expanding to others soon. Please feel free to leave CC. Thanks ahead of time, and please enjoy yourself.

Ok. Well lets start it off with my Nurgle Helbrute. It is about 80% done. I have a couple more details to paint, and add some of the clear water stuff to the gory parts on him to make them look wet. Other than that he is just about done.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Done for tonight. Here's whats on the workbench right now.

First up is a custom build of Belial for my wife's DA army.

And this is the beginnings of my "alternate" Typhus model for my Nurgle list. The green stuff on top of the left hand is going to be the upper part of a tuft of hair from a decapitated head he will be holding.

Ok guys. Today we have Belial almost finished. Just a few more details left to paint, but my eyes are killing me. Hopefully I'll be able to finish him today and get a few more pics up. Let me know what you think. C&C more than welcome.

Not bad so far, I understand the pain of painting eyes Here's a quick tutorial that helped me: http://www.reapermini.com/TheCraft/12

I like the look so far, but it's a big difference between a mini lacking the details and a finished version. After Belial is complete I'm sure we'll be able to offer C&C much more easier
