For example, with Eldar you have names like Eldrad, which could have come from LOTR, but on the other hand you have Fuegan, which is presumably based on the Spanish "fuego."

The post above mine is good advice. Dark Eldar tend to have harsh or sibilant names, sometimes even punning on English words (Lady Malys).
